This is the best place to stay for a short stay, either for business or for leisure. The location can't be better: Buses go past diagonal to the apartment and the tube is just on the next block.

TRAVELERS BEWARE This was the worst Airbnb experiencie by far. The apartment doesn´t look like the photographs and is not as “clean” as it should be for visitors. The flat smells weird, it was dirty and the pillows were disgusting, they smelled like perspiration. And it´s really …

I am very sorry that you received a fine from the council Carla, for not follow the recommendations on parking. London in general discourage private transport but that's not my fault. As a gesture for that misfortune I didn't charge you for the parking voucher on that day which I paid for you. Parking is not included in the amenities but as it's available to park on the street, this has been useful to all my guests and I offer to obtain parking vouchers as a convenient way to park on the street. The apartment was organised and cleaned for you from the early morning taking into consideration your early arrival so you could enjoy the apartment earlier. I am quite surprised that you didn't enjoy to receive those good news, that you could check-in earlier. You and all your friends contacted me during your trip via (Hidden by Airbnb) so don't understand your point about communication. I am always available to my guests 24x7 and live close by so very handy for me to pop up anytime. Unfortunately I also have a job and therefore I leave keys hidden for my guests but it has been never an issue. When your friend Vero called me, I offered her to come at 12 midnight, when she called me, and show you where to park. I appreciate your feedback about the pillows and will take it on board. I hope that the fine didn't ruin your stay. I advise you to inform yourself about this kind of city rules on parking so avoid future disappointment.
