Yesterday I communicated the Jun issue through resolution. Jun responded.Now I am receiving requests from what appears to be a second process, to Write a Review. It appears two processes are not in sinc. I am a very busy guy but will take the time to clarify this issue but not through multiple channels of Air bnb. His response;We had an amazing and relaxing time at the garden. However we would like to mention a few things in regards to the high fee which stands to be corrected. The singular blind that what different from the rest fell off from a minimal amount of force. We greatly appreciate your hospitality at a low price and we made sure to focus on cleaning up our mess and respecting your property, which we heavily adhered. And our 3rd person was a sudden addition due to a friend being unable to leave onto vacation with his family, hence we had 3 people/friends. I am aware that we broke your blind, but it required due fixing... judging by how easily it broke off, sir. With all due respect, please lower the fine or at least just charge us for the extra person. We too are frugal with our items and money, 150 dollars in fees is an outlandish claim given our behavior.
Jun is admitting he misrepresented the number of people booked and declaring they left the garden room clean.
I have pictures. The room was the worst I have seen in my two years at the Gardens. They broke down a blind and stained a bed sheet that will not wash out. So Jun has misrepresented himself twice.
Please help me focus my efforts into one segment of Airbnb
