Great location about 6 blocks from the Stratosphere. Few minor complaints not worth mentioning but overall a good place to stay.

Molly & David were very welcoming and we felt like we had everything we needed during our stay. Their home is an easy ride to the strip and Uber had no trouble finding us each day. I definitely recommend Molly & David's place if you plan to visit LV!

Molly and David's place has some really cute vintage touches to it. The mid-century design is fun and feels old Vegas-y! We really thought that communication with the management of the home was great and thorough. We also liked some of the thought put into the theme. The front of…

Response from Molly & David:
Carlie, I just wanted to touch on some of the comments you made. I have to say, you are the first to leave a review like this of our neighborhood. I'm not sure if there's coded racism that's being implied, but yes, this is in the middle of a major city that has a large hispanic population. And yes, some houses have bars on the windows from a time (closer to 20 years ago) when the city was in a decline. I was interested about the comment that the pool was greenish, and asked a neighbor to go check it out. He said, "it looks ready to jump in to me." So, again, not sure why you said that. As for the mouse, I can say that I've never seen one in Las Vegas before. But I can guarantee you that it wasn't from our house. It could have come from anywhere, and we have very little control over that. You could have mentioned this to our manager Sabrina when you noticed it, and it would have been dealt with ASAP. If the pool were open for the season (it wasn't) I could have also called the pool guy to come over and treat it. But, you didn't mention it, and it's March. This is Las Vegas, not the Caribbean, so our pool isn't really warm enough to swim in until May. I've been very concerned about the "mildew smell" you mention, so much so that I've had a handyman over to assess. Maybe it was from something you brought with you, because I can't get anyone to corroborate your story. We won't be back home for another month, and I can assure you that if it's an issue it'll be dealt with. But again, we're in the Mojave desert, so not much moisture to speak of. I do appreciate your comments, and in reading some of the ones you left for us privately ("the thank-you card you left with the complementary bottle of wine wasn't personalized", etc, etc) it seems like you might have been expecting a resort-style experience, which this isn't. We have the house professionally cleaned after each guest, and I've relayed your note about the excess dust to the cleaning staff. I apologize about that and hope that it didn't impact your stay too much. We wish you the best in future travels, and than you for giving us a try. -Molly and David

we come to vegas often and this is by far the best space weve stayed in. the combo of eloquent retro style, plenty of space, and ideal location was unbeatable.

Great place. Close but not too close to the Vegas strip & down town. Awesome decor and great backyard setting with the pool/spa which we used nightly. Would recommend and would stay again!
