I walk every day with my dogs and have a extensive knowledge of the area, I spend time every morning with my guests going through the best walks using Ordinate Survey maps. help plan days out and have take lots of guests on guided walks explaining the history and archaeology of dartmoor and south devon. I am a keen gardener and grow some veggies; so fresh food picked straight from the garden to the table is a real treat. I have traveled quite a bit especially around several Asian countries, with Myanmar I have a particular connection and a delight in its cuisine of hot, salt sour. So even though I say it myself I cook an excellent range of Indian, Thai, and burmese curries, which one or two guests have enjoyed.
