Joanne's place was very cozy with lots of charter. Our bed was super comfortable! It's in a peaceful location & we would stay again if we where passing.

You received your money back in full Ben. You know you were unreasonable to book up and then suddenly leave with no notice and no consideration that i was suddenly Financially penalised because you suddenly found permanent lodgings. You were perfectly happy until then. I was left high and dry£236 poorer. Beware other hosts of being taking for a ride by this selfish youth.

Joanne is a lovely host and has a lovely large cottage close to the A14 which is a very enjoyable venue to stay at. I had a large double room that was excellent and could get to the A1 and Colchester, both within an hour. I will definitely stay at Valley Cottage again.

Cute, peaceful, family farmhouse in deepest rural Suffolk. But only 2 minutes from the A14 and very close to Bury St Edmunds. Joanne is very friendly, welcoming, hospitable.

Another excellent stay at Joanne's home, makes staying away with work much more pleasant that the usual hotel accommodation I've used in the area!
