The place is so good, clean, spacious, very very well located, and Martina was amazing beeing the host! I really felt comfortable and felt I was welcome. For sure I recommend it to everyone and when I go back to bologna I'll try to stay at her place! Air BnB isn't just about hosting someone, it's about experience and Martina did my days at Bologna the best experience I had till now! Thank you so much

The room was very good & clean. The place is just 10-12 minutes walking distance to Piazza Maggiore. The Kitchen was very nice and had all things for cooking. The area is having many restaurants & pubs. But, I didn't get disturbed by the noise on the street. Overall, I would strongly recommend Martina's Place.

When you are travelling abroad and you are facing the fact that you are far from your family and friends, then the warm welcome and kindness of your hosts means a lot. So far, I've been travelling all over the world, but this great couple made my staying in Bologna relaxing and special. I would highly recommend this accommodation because you will find there all you need for a pleasant and comfortable staying. The location is great, as well as the apartment. But more than that, their kindness is something you will appreciate the most. Martina and Davide, thank you for being such a great hosts!

I had a pleasant stay at Martina's apartment for 10 days. Both Martina and Davide were very friendly and interesting people to converse with. The apartment is small but functional and has a lot of character. The room is cosy and great for short stays, the slanted roof was not a big problem for a vertically challenged person like me either! The apartment is kept meticulously clean by Martina and Davide and the bathroom is comfortable as well. There is some noise coming from the street especially on weekends since Via Pratello is a popular area for drinking and eating out but I wasn't highly disturbed and the location is very convenient to reach Piazza Maggiore in 10 min. Highly recommended!

Martina and David were nice hosts. The apartment is very clean and artsy and only a ten minute walk from the train station and ten minutes to the town center and all the cool places. Martina provided guidance and a map as well. She is a very talented woman. If you stay with her be sure to ask to see her bags; they're beautiful.

Overall I had a wonderful time at Martina's home. I stayed for 10 days there. Was welcomed by Davide who showed me around the apartment and made me a coffee to welcome me to the city. You have full use of the apartment - which was very nice! They were lovely hosts and I enjoyed my time at the apartment (and chatting with Martina about her business designing bags and Davide about his work!). It's in a very central location - which was a great introduction to Bologna! The only things to note are (as mentioned by previous guests) that the apartment is above a bar and the noise at night can be quite loud. You can close the windows to cancel out a lot of the noise, but if you're a light sleeper I would recommend bringing headphones with music or ear plugs. Also, the bedroom is a lovely space, but the ceilings are slanted (it is an attic space in a charming old building). If you are tall this means that you cannot stand up straight in most of the bedroom. It's still a charming room and I would stay again if I were to return to Bologna for a short stay - and I completely recommend it to future travelers!

I studied Semiotics at the University of Umberto Eco. I work in advertising as a copy writer, but, like all restless people, I'm never satisfied. After leaving advertising, I started a new business: I design bags and accessories all made with houshold or industrial waste. I'm a very nice guest. Clean and No-smoker
