Boonaroo is located in a quiet cul de sac street and is within easy walking distance of EITHER Kendalls Beach OR Easts Beach.
With 5 bedrooms, spacious open plan living areas, media room, oversized spa in the back yard, 3 bathrooms and al fresco dining on the rear deck with rural views, you'll find this house perfect if you've got an extra large family or if you want to travel with a couple of families.

4th bedroom - downstairs - 1 x Double bed
5th bedroom - downstairs off the media room - 1 x set of Tri bunks with a double bed on the bottom & single on top PLUS 1 x single bed with 1 x single trundle bed
You'll have access to the entire house so you can truly relax and enjoy your summer holiday.
Interaction with guests
If at any time you need anything during your holiday stay then it's a simple matter of getting in touch and we are only a short drive away and can assist.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:-
Basically we are just asking you to be respectful of the house during your stay - keeping in mind that this is a family home at the end of the day.
On the day of your departure we ask that the following tasks are completed:
~ All bins are emptied (from kitchen & bathrooms) and rubbish is placed in the respective bins (Red-general waste/Yellow-recycling).
~ Please ensure bins are placed on the kerb side for rubbish collection.
~ Any furniture that has been moved to alternative locations during your stay are returned to their original spots in the house
~ Your dishes are either all done and put away OR are have gone through a clean cycle in the dishwasher
~ Any crockery/cutlery or glassware put away is cleaned first
~ The dining tables and kitchen bench is wiped down of any food scraps
~ All items in the fridge / freezer are removed and taken with you or disposed of
~ The BBQ is left clean
We certainly don't expect you to "clean" the house - simply leave it in a tidy manner. Regrettably if these tasks are not completed upon your departure then an additional cleaning fee may be deducted from your security bond.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
