The external rubbish bin must be placed on the footpath every Monday, and also on your last day at the unit. If you are staying at the unit on a Tuesday, the bin must be returned on Tuesday afternoon. Failure to assist with this rule may mean a $100 bin emptying and cleaning fee is charged to the guest.
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
