6 of us stayed here for a weekend on the Bourbon Trail and for the Clemson/Louisville football game. Central location for everything Louisville has to offer with a few bars/restaurants within walking distance and then easy Uber ride to everywhere else.

Thank you Major for being such a great host! He gave us some suggestions for places to eat and have fun and was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The house was huge and the neighborhood was so cute. Centrally located around lots of cool little bars and restaurants. If we ever go to Louisville again we will most definitely stay here!

We had an incredible experience in this home and Major was an excellent host. He was very understanding that I didn't have a finalized number of people at the time I booked, and was quite generous when we reconciled later. The house was gorgeous and quite large and comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if I came back to Louisville.

This historic home is an amazing value! Major was the *most* helpful when coordinating our stay, and he answered every message I sent - no matter the time - under one minute! That type of service is rare to find these days. There is ample space and even a foosball table for entertainment! Major also provided coffee, towels, shampoo, and much more to make our stay comfortable. We will be back!

This house was in need of some major repairs and care. Just leading up to the entrance there were weeds and overgrown bushes, and the address had a number that had fallen down into a flower pot, which took away from the immediate first impression. Upon entering the residence the place was dusty, and the floors were filthy. So much so that my children's feet turned black from walking around the place barefoot (yuck)! There were crumbs on the coffee table and all over the couch. The couch was disgusting with stains, and other stuff people had smeared (as if they'd used the couch as a napkin). I found some extra sheets in the house that I used to cover the couch during our stay, because I didn't want my family sitting on it. There was hair all over in the large bath tub, and many of the light fixtures and bathroom fixtures were broken and in disarray. There was also an entire wall covered with black mold leading down to the basement, which was a health hazard to my son with asthma. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and stained with food that could easily be removed with a good deep cleaning. There were many walls that were only half painted inside the house, and holes/cracks in the walls and floors were evident in many parts of the house. The only accurate depiction of this house was that it is large, and the dining table was awesome-large and in fairly good condition. Overall I feel the other excellent reviews and pictures online are extremely misleading. Be aware!

I hosted a girls trip at Major's house and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Major gets an A+ in communication and is the most responsive host I've ever worked with. The house itself was clean and spacious. We had a little hickup with the air on the 3rd floor, it was July and 100 degrees outside and he honestly went above and beyond to get it fixed (and he did!). He accommodated early check in and was only a message away all weekend. This is a great place for groups with plenty of room, a low price tag, and easy to take advantage of a fun weekend in Louisville. I would definitely recommend booking with Major!
