Our Residence is in the center of colonial Salto. We use solar energy to heat the water, value stylish decoration, and have an eye for details. We provide a large sun terrace and access to the large garden. Family friendly environment and clients are like family. On request we organize city tours and day excursions to Christine's Estancia Don Pipo for a small fee. 2 cars garage space available .

The space

Salto is the 2nd largest city in Uruguay, a city of weathy landowners, who built great colonial homes. It has also hot springs and thermal baths at very reasonable prices. The house is well built, central, with colonial touches that make it unique. It has a small patio and a large sun terrace. Water is efficiently heated with solar panels. The owner Peter Wirth lives next door and the staff is very friendly.

Guest access

All is accessible to the guests. Check out the terrace and look towards Argentina.

Interaction with guests

The owners live next door and will be available on the phone or personally when in town. They own a farm at 15 miles next to the hot waters of Termas of San Nicanor. You are welcome to visit the farm and go riding on the estate for a small fee. You can even stay in one of the 2 Gaucho huts on the estate.

Other things to note

We are in the center of the colonial and historic town, no need to drive once you are in Salto.
