Swiss hotelier with world wide experience who fell in love with Uruguay and Salto in particular because of its unspoiled culture of colonial living and gaucho lifestyle. Salto has great produce, great hot water springs, and 4 seasons like in Europe except our Swiss Winter is their Summer, and our Spring is their Fall. I live between Switzerland and Uruguay, mostly in Uruguay lately.
