My comfy little abode in the heart of Venice, is minutes from the beach with plenty of permit free street parking. Along with a separate bathroom and spacious kitchen for easy cooking, it'll make it easy to find your rhythm and make the space yours, feeling at home in no time.
It's uniquely mine and I put a lot of love into it adding my own personal touches. It's been transformed a few times and it's grown along side me for many years now. If you're looking for an upmarket, modern apartment, you might be looking in the wrong place. The studio is modest, but very cozy and welcoming with a great energy! For bare basics, it has exactly what you need. My place is lovely and it'll be all yours if you choose to take it. No roommates, no one to answer to and no one to tip toe around.
It's a small building with only 8 units. Unfortunately there aren't all the bells and whistles in terms of amenities, but we do have a laundry room in the building which is coin operated (coins not provided). Alternatively, there's a laundromat on Venice Blvd, just on the far side of Lincoln Blvd.
Interaction with guests
You probably won't see me all that much..
Other things to note
As you'll see from the picture there is a small workspace in the corner of the kitchen. However, if you're in town writing a novel, I wouldn't suggest using the nook for an extended period of time. It's good for short stints on the computer, not for drawn out all day/nighters...
I don't have a lot of rules, the only think I ask if that you please keep the volume down after 10pm with respect to my neighbors.
I also have a bamboo that's come a long way with me. She's a hardy little thing that's turned around from near death a few times before. If I can ask one favor please, just to make sure she gets watered at least once a week if you're staying for 2+ weeks, I would very much appreciate that :)
Other than that. I've left you coffee and sugar and half/half in the fridge. My food in the top half of the cabinet and freezer is unfortunately off limits, but you are welcome to use anything on the spice rack.
