My family and I stayed in Alexandra's place for a couple of nights. We all met after a long time as most of us are spread out around the world and decided to use Alexandra's house as a place where we could have a lovely family reunion. I'd definitely recommend the house, it has a great energy and the village of Kefalas is absolutely traditional without any touristy or crowded spots. You can easily take day trips from the house to any of the amazing beaches Crete has to offer. We will definitely try to return next year!

Alexandra has created a slice of heaven in her historic home. We had a fabulous holiday. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. The setting is outstanding. The views are incredible. The house is traditional and comfortable with modern bathrooms and air conditioning. The bath and bed linens are all of the highest quality. The area is a taste of proper Greece with really lovely seaside towns. The people in the village are extremely welcoming. Chania, is a treat with lots to see and do. Above all though, it is Alexandra herself who has made this a special place to holiday. She brought us her homemade cake and tsatziki amongst many other goodies. We feel very lucky to have found this place.
