The second master bedroom suites have queen size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom equipped full size tub. Both twin rooms have two twin size beds and TV. Our home can comfortably house 8 people.
We have a heated private pool, a patio table with chairs on the pool deck and chaise lounge chairs for you to relax outdoor while soaking in the Florida sun. Gas BBQ Grill is readily available free to use. The pool comes equipped with a child safety fence and alarm to prevent unsupervised young children from the pool area.

The home also has a washer and a dryer so you can enjoy a long and fun vacation with all the conveniences of your own home. Fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a range, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, conventional coffee maker, toaster, blender, just bring your K-cups and you are ready to start your day. Furthermore, the house is conveniently located only 1 mile from the popular tourist strip of 192, where entertainment, shopping, supermarkets and restaurants are all within minute to reach.

4. Lawful Purposes: Renter agrees to use the premises exclusively for a private residence and in compliance with local municipal ordinances, board of fire underwriter’s rules and regulations, and for lawful purposes. In the event the premises are used at any time for unlawful purposes, at owner’s option, the owner may declare this Lease null and void.
5. Liability for Property Damage: Owner shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property belonging to renter, members of renter’s family, servants, employees or visitors regardless how such damage or loss that may arise and whether such property is contained in the leased premises, or any portion of the premises. Renter agrees to hold owner harmless of any property claims. Owner is not liable for any damage to renter regardless of the cause of damage.
6. Liability for Personal Injury: Owner shall not be liable for any personal injuries sustained by the renter, members of renter’s family, servants, employees or visitors regardless how such injuries may occur. Renter agrees to hold owner harmless from any such personal injury claims. Owner is not liable for any damage to renter regardless of the cause of injury.
7. Safety and Security: Due to State Fire Regulations under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons identified on the Booking Form occupy in the property. Children must be supervised at ALL TIMES while in the pool area. Glass is NOT permitted in the pool area. The owners or our management company reserve the right to enter the premises at any time for whatever reason.
8. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE ANY OF THE VILLAS. This keeps the villa odor free and also avoids the trouble of the sophisticated smoke detectors being triggered by the cigarette smoke. If the Management Company discover evidence of smoking in the villa, this will be taken into account when assessing your security/breakage deposit, and your co-operation is therefore requested and appreciated.
9. Property Damage to Rental Property: The renter is responsible for the property during stay and is expected to take reasonable care of it. Reasonable cleaning up is required before you leave. In case the rental property is not returned in its normal condition, wear and tear from reasonable use excepted, based on the inspection report, Owner shall supply renter with an itemized list of charges, Renter agrees to pay the cost of repair or replacement in full, not limited to the deposit amount.
