Again we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the power outage. Unfortunately this time this outage was not due to residual issues from Hurricane Maria, but an vehicle accident that damaged a local electrical pole close to the unit. Thankfully our friends at the local electricity company were able to get this rectified within several hours. Regarding the pool tub, we do not advertise it as a Hot Tub because the community does not have it at a HOT setting since it can get pretty Hot in our area specially in the Summer so, the water is at pool temperature. We have addressed this with the community to maybe change it with the seasons but, in PR we really don't have Winters :). The lack of hot water in the showers was directly affected by the power outage and we apologize for this. We have taken steps to install individual shower head heaters with back-up batteries.
We are also looking into the issue with the small apartment size backup generator we have in the unit to see why it was not used or turned on.
We hope the generous resolution we provided of 1 nights refund was more than satisfactory for the several hours of inconvenience.
