In the kitchen you will find new quartz countertops and linen white cabinets. Kitchen essentials include coffee and coffee maker and modest cooking supplies. **Highchair provided upon request
The living room features a new queen sleeper sofa that can accommodate 1 adult comfortably, or 2 children. A dining room connects with sliding doors to the living room and includes a large window overlooking the porch. **Pack-n-play provided upon request.
Window air-conditioning units are installed for your comfort in the warm months.
You will have your own private entry, front patio, and backyard, which is accessible from the kitchen.
You have a laundry closet just for you with a front loading washer and dryer and detergent is provided.
On your TV, you will have access to HBONOW, Hulu Plus, and Netflix. Due to these great options, cable is not provided.
Interaction with guests
We are available for recommending restaurants, entertainment venues, outdoor fun, and kid-friendly activities. We are currently traveling during the summer of 2017, but we can be reached by text and we have a property manager to assist.
Other things to note
We have pets and a 2 year old and there will be times when you may hear him crying. The clawfoot tub can be difficult to maneuver if you are a bit unsteady.
-Place recycling in white metal bin in mud room connected to kitchen
-My apologies to pet owners, but no pets are allowed inside the apartment at any time.
- We do share a wall with guests, so being mindful of noise is appreciated.
- No smoking inside or outside of the apartment.
-Please take any excess garbage or recycling to their proper receptacles outside. They are located on the side of 823 apartment, just beyond the gate. There is a blue bin for recycling, a green bin for trash, and a grey bin for glass.
-Please wash all of your dishes before you check out.
- If you utilize the pull-out sofa bed, please strip the sheets, place them in the laundry room, and put the couch back together before you check out.
- Turn off lights, fans, AC, and heat before you leave the house
-The finish in the tub can be slippery. Please use the non-slip mat found in the laundry room on the shelf for more stability while showering. This mat CANNOT be left in the tub after showering. It needs to be removed and hung to dry after each use or the residual water will ruin the new finish.
-Please strip all bedding that you used, put in the washer, and start the machine. We ask this only so we can provide guests with early check-in requests, as multiple laundry loads cause the biggest delay. Thank you!
