Lovely house on great bus and train routes between airport and Dublin City centre but also very busy road. Great breakfast cafe opposite and found a quirky little Mediterranean restaurant for delicious supper just down the road

Upon our arrival, Henri was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our clean spacious room. Shower and bathing facilities were great. Kitchen facilities were very good as well with full time access and all you need to cook up what ever you buy or bring with you. Very conveniently located on the bus route and not far from the airport. I would recommend Henri's place to anyone visiting Dublin.

I had wonderfully comfortable stay here with my mum and sister. Henri was very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoying sitting in the beautiful garden on a rare sunny day in Dublin! Thank you very much Henri!

Henri was great. We arrived at SIX AM! but Henri welcomed us in early, made us tea and coffee and gave us some cookies. He was kind and welcoming. He made up our room and we were able to take a quick rest before heading out into the town. We are all three quite young and were able to walk pretty much everywhere, even though it was about a 15-20 minute walk into the city centre. It was worth the stay, it was homey, and there were a ton of cute cafes right across the street. He requeted Fagans as a pub, and we went there on our last night. It was a 5 minute walk and the perfect end to our stay in Dublin. Henri is great! Thank you!

We were happy with the accommodation: nice room with good beds, 30 min walk to the centre of Dublin, Fagan's for a delicous meal and just opposite a lovely beakfast place. Together with Henri's warm welcome in his characteristic Georgian house it was a very pleasant stay. Although we were happy with our groundfloor room, the stairs would have been quite strenuous for two elderly ladies. A warm recommendation for Henri!

This was our second stay with Henri. Henri' house is a happy one. The house itself is very comfortable..... the interior is sophisticated cool minimalistic whilst every need one has is conveniently catered to! Close by lovely walks, restaurants, airport and the city! Stay here and you too can be happy!

Staying with Henri was perfect in every way! Henri was welcoming, easy going, caring, fun, generous and thoughtful. His fantastic Georgian home with his very cool glass addition at the rear garden area was just beautiful. Our room #1, was spacious, warm (on the first freezing weekend of the season) comfortable clean beds, lovely windows with original shutters was just so perfect to stay in......I felt right at home! The kitchen, basement level, was retro chic and had everything one would need to prepare a meal or just a cup of tea. The toilets and shower bathrooms, again all beautifully designed were scattered throughout the house and were always available and spotless. Henri is a thoughtful person... anticipating the needs of his guests.... umbrellas placed in entrance hall..... plastic bags for every need in the kitchen....superb wifi.... as for the location..... Drumcondra is on the up and up... buses are available nearly at the door, to both the city centre or the airport.....very short distance 15-20 minutes. Henri's house is near the canal and this is lovely for walking. There are plenty of places to get groceries and lots of restaurants..... my favourite was just across the street... The Lovely Food Co. and Bread and Butter both offering delicious foods for dining in or take out! Above all we were travelling with our beloved elderly Westie Gus who was very welcomed and lovingly treated by Henri .... for this and all I have mentioned we are very grateful to Henri for sharing his fantastic home with us. Thank-you!
