We never said that in the venice box transportation pass is included, even because the transportation pass is provided from the public transportation company.
Is very important for us your any suggestions about, and we are very sorry again for your not good experience, but you choose an aprtment in MESTRE that is not Venice. Mestre is 7 km far from Venice, is not our fault if you choose the high season and you found the bus full of people or traffic by the way, I mean you are in one of the most important city in the world, is obviously busy everywhere and of course to get there!!! Venice is particular, but I assure you, even the people who live here takes 45 minutes to arrive home if they liv in the island.
