Delightful cottage in the country. It has been very nicely modernized & made a great getaway. Far enough of the main road that you have only horse hooves to wake you up. Andy was very helpful & the local manager was too Salisbury is easily accessed or sit quietly in the summerhouse

We had the most brilliant weekend at the cottage. The cottage was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Amazing, quiet location surrounded by great walks for the dogs and pubs serving lovely food. The garden was the perfect place to relax. Would recommend to anyone!

A cosy and well thought out cottage set in one of the most idyllic and and charming villages in the UK.

We had the most fantastic weekend at this cottage. It is a typically English cottage that has been renovated and decorated inside to make it exceptionally comfortable and cosy. There is a lot of information about the area and surrounding attractions provided by the hosts and although they are not on site they are easily contactable by phone and have a property manager on the area. This does not feel like a rental but rather a small boutique cottage hotel! Myself and my friends from London who stayed there with me all agree that it is definitely worth a visit!

We use the cottage as a weekend getaway but want to make the most of it when we're unable to make it out of London.

Here's what our latest review said (non-Airbnb):
Beatiful and comfortable home in a quaint village near Stonehenge. This updated thatched roof home had easy parking in front and a wonderful back yard and summer home (gazebo) in the back yard. The kitchen is modern and contains all tools you need to prepare a meal, and the owner gets high praise for providing a Nespresso coffee maker for easy wonderful coffee. The house easily sleeps 6 people spanning three rooms. What made the stay so nice was the incredible information packet and tourist information left on the desk explaining how to get around and what there is to do in the nearby villages and for sightseeing. Our greatest surprise was finding Old Waldour castle nearby you can explore. If you have time check out the ruins at Rivington. We would like to provide a special thank you Alex G. Who checked us into the property and showed us around the home. She was so kind and accommodating and helpful. During our stay one of the children got sick and she even helped us get in to see her family physician. Having help like this while traveling and not sure how to negotiate foreign lands makes all the difference for great memories. This is a must stay experience. We plan on returning as soon as we can. We loved the area so much if we ever move to the UK we will think of Teffont!
