Since there is not much information on the description I would like to comment first on the location. The street is a quiet one. I came back home after midnight and it was all fine. Some restaurants were open as well. The studio is near to many restaurants and cafes (Rue de Tocqueville). Also, after walking for 10-12 minutes you are at Villiers Station (Line 2 and 3) or Malesherbes Station (Line 3). Parc Manceau Station (Line 2) is also at a similar distance maybe a bit longer. These connections worked very well for me. There are also bus stops nearby. I did not stay in the studio during the day but at night it was generally quite. Early in the morning, there were kids making some noise for a short while. I think there is a school there. However, if you close your windows it should be fine. There is a fan in the room if you need it. I did not use it as I left my windows open during night. Paris was very hot when I was there. The studio is definitely perfect for one person. It has everything you want to have. It was clean and ready when I arrived. Everything worked very well. I had no problems. When I arrived Valentin and his friend Daniel were at the studio. They seem to be very nice guys. We could not have our drinks that we said we should, but everybody was busy with their own work. Overall, a nice stay.
