This fantastic one bedroom flat is situated on the ground floor of a detached Victorian property with uninterrupted views across Swansea bay.
The bedroom contains a double bed and has French doors with views across the bay. A travel cot and high chair can be provided if required. There is an ensuite which includes a freestanding bath as well as a separate shower cubicle.
The modern kitchen features underfloor heating, an exposed stone wall and bespoke concrete worktops. Off the kitchen is a large storage room, a utility room and a separate WC.
The open plan living and dining room has wooden flooring and French doors leading out to your own decking area with sea views.
A mattress, bedding and towels can be provided for £10 per night for a 3rd person.
Guests will have access to TV, DVD player, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, microwave, towels, bedding, tea, coffee, board games, books, outdoor decking area with outdoor seating and chimenea, sea views, freestanding bath with separate shower in en-suite.
Interaction with guests
We live in the house situated above the flat. We have two mostly adorable children, Isaac (5) and Erin (2). Beyond the flats decking area is our family garden on 2 tiers.
Other things to note
The property is accessed via a side gate down some steep stairs. Parking is only available on the street outside but there are usually plenty of spaces. Please note that a minimum of 3 nights is required on bank holiday weekends.
This flat is ideally suited for 2 adults. A travel cot and high chair can also be provided which is why the maximum number of guests is listed as 3.
We would expect guests to treat the property as if it were their own. Unfortunately, smoking or pets are not permitted within the property.
