The space

The country cottage is located 180 meters from the medieval village of Rosora, one of the Jesi Castles, a town known for good Verdicchio and cured meats.
Outside there is a large green space, away from danger, it is the ideal place to stay with small children, in a favorable position to relaxation and tranquility.
The large terrace from which you access from 2 bedrooms discovers a view of the Vallesina to the sea. (Senigallia)
To the south the Red Gorge separates us from the nearby Frasassi Caves (18 Km).
Inside the house has a large kitchen perfectly functioning, with the possibility to have lunch or dine outside on the lawn or on the terrace.
Rosora is small so it is advisable to move with private or rental car to get around in the main population centers. Nearby you can enjoy the fine cuisine of the Marche and turn to the many wineries producing the best Verdicchio wine and schnapps and sour cherry quality and excellent reds. Worth staying for the beauty of the landscape and air quality. For almost all year round fairs and festivals enliven the weekend of neighboring countries.

The view from this accommodation, and the balcony off two of the bedrooms, is truly panoramic and spectacular, difficult to capture in any photograph. The flat is very spacious and homely and represents very good value for money. Roberta was always on hand at the local cafe/bar in case of any difficulties, although none occured, and this provided a lovely place to have a drink or ice cream. There is a local shop in Rosora and the location is perfect for exploring many good restaurants serving the authentic food and drink of the region, including seafood, fish, pizza, pasta, wild boar and truffles. We would recommend this accommodation and would hope to return, perhaps at a different time of the year when the sunflowers (which surround the property) are in flower.

Roberta and her family are very friendly and helpfull. We were very tired when we arrived, so we were happy that they were able to eat and drink something in their café (very good cheese and salume!). Breakfast is available in the house (ingredients are there, you have to prepare yourself) or in the cafe. Good price/quality and a beautiful place with great surroundings, especially when the sun is shining!

Grazie Irene, sei stata molto gentile, mi dispiace molto aver dimenticato i piatti! A presto e grazie

A little hard to find. The address given is for the administrative center of tiny Rosora. The address should really be the only bar in town which doesn't have the name of a bar and looks more like a pub. That would make life easier. In any case the room was very nice. I was the only guest because it was off-season. I had more contact with Stefano, her brother than with Roberta. He was very nice and I returned there after dinner at an excellent place that he recommended for a grappa.

Ciao a tutti ; )
