Newly renovated private room in Phu Nhuan District, 15 min to District 1 by motorbike. The room has private bathroom, 1 queen mattress, wifi, AC. Common kitchen area with fridge, cookery, eatery ready for use. Separate entryway and door lock.
The townhouse is where I put my design studio at. On the ground floor is the parking area in the front and common kitchen area in the back. On the first floor, there's the studio in the front, and 1 room for rent in the back. There are totally 4 rooms available for short term rent on the first, second, and third floor, all of them having an en-suite bathroom.
The house and your room are both very well-equipped. Your room is brand new with brand new wood furniture, and a window overlooking the sun roof. Inside is a queen size bed, 2 bedside tables, a hanging shelf, a big closet, air conditioning, and a fan if you prefer it over AC. The bathroom has solar water heater, shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. There’s Wifi all around the house running on Fios so it’s very fast. Hair dryer, shampoo, iron are all available inside the room. If you can’t find something, just give me a ring.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Apart from your private room with lock, you can use the kitchen at any time. The kitchen has a fridge, hot and cold water dispenser, stove, pots and pans, microwave, oven, kettle, dishes and dining table, etc. all available for you to use, so you can even cook up a feast. Instant noodles, rice, sauces, and water are all available for free.
We also carry a small selection of fresh seafood and fish shipped straight to HCM from the sea around Vung Tau, guaranteed to be fresher and healthier than any seafood you can find in the supermarket, so if you would like to try, just let me know.
The washing machine is also in the kitchen. You are free to use the detergent that's available. There's also a drying rack on the second floor that I will show you when you arrive.
Interaction with guests
I will be at the design studio most of the time during working hours. If you need anything at all, just knock. On all other hours when I'm not present, just call/text me on my cellphone or ring me on Viber/Hangout, and I will respond ASAP.
Other things to note
I keep a dog and a cat. The dog is usually on the rooftop playing with birds, not entering the house, but the cat can roam around. If you are allergic, please let me know so I can keep the cat inside the studio. They are both very friendly, clean, and vaccinated.
In order for you and all other guests to have as comfortable a stay as possible, please pay attention to the following rules and conducts.
GENERAL RULES: The only rule is to treat this place as in your own home. Make yourself comfortable, clean up after yourself, and be mindful of others staying in the same house, that's all.
PARTY: Generally I don't allow party because it can disturb other guests. But if you can invite the whole house to join, that's more than great.
POWER: Before you leave to go outside of the house, please turn off all power including the Air Conditioner in the room to prevent any power accidents.
PETS: Pets are generally not encouraged either, since your pets can get in conflict with my pets, which can be very dangerous.
SMOKING: Smoking inside is also not encouraged. If you must, please smoke at an opened window overlooking the outside of the house or go up to the rooftop terrace or outside the front door.
LOCAL LAWS: According to Vietnamese Laws, it is ILLEGAL to:
- Use any kinds of escort services (lady, boy, LGBT, etc.)
- Carry weapons (hatchet, non-kitchen knives), firearms (guns, fake or real) or explosives (fireworks, grenades, etc.)
- Use, carry, or participate in any dealings with any kinds of illegal substance (cocaine, heroin, Rhino horns, etc.)
- Distribute pornographic contents or copyrighted materials
So if you violate any of the laws, we will be forced to cancel your reservation, remove you from our premise IMMEDIATELY, and inform the local authorities and Airbnb (or any other sites that you used to reach us) of your misconducts.
In other words, please use common sense and refrain from doing anything that would be deemed illegal in your country here. If you are unsure of anything, just contact me and I would be more than happy to advise you on what you can and can’t do.
I'm a creative director and I have my own design studio in Ho Chi Minh.
I love traveling, eating good food, and seeing new places, so I try to have at least 2 major vacation trips outside Vietnam every year apart from the usual short trips in and out of South East Asia.
I love good arts and well decorated spaces. I also understand how much everyone cherishes their homes so I always try my best to treat any place I spend time in, no matter how short, as if in my own home, using things with care, clean up after myself, and protect the house, etc.
As for the places that I put up, I always make sure to include everything essential that I would need from my own home, so that any guests coming in will feel the place to be as cozy and comfortable as possible.
So thanks for reading and if you have any questions at all, feel free to contact me anytime. Otherwise, looking forward to meeting you soon.
