Guest access
The entire cabin and adjacent fenced front yard patio area is exclusively yours to enjoy. You may drive right up to the keyless cabin entry and park in a spot reserved just for you off the paved alley 24/7. The parking spot is uncovered.

We live in the main house on the property. We have a lively dachshund. The gate dividing the house and cabin will keep him out of your space. We tend to spend time outdoors in our yard and in the paved alley with our wonderful neighbors during the summer months. Our paths may cross as we access the alley for garbage and recycling behind the cabin but generally the space is reserved exclusively for you.

Other things to note

There are multiple open fields used for soccer, baseball, dog walking, frisbee, picnics among other activities. Green Lake Boat Rental offers paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, pedal & row boats and sailboats. There's also a large playground for kids, a wading pool and a beach at the park.

•The cabin is a short walk to Whole Foods, PCC, Starbucks and lots of restaurants (Zoka Coffee Shop, Elysian Brewing, Burgundian Bar, Kisaku, Mkt, Diggity Dog Hot Dog & Sausage Co., Latona Pub, Smile Thai, The Dish Café, Tsui Sushi Bar, among many others) and a short drive or longer walk to the University of Washington and Woodland Park Zoo.

•The cabin is not child-proof.

We are busy professionals and parents of two school age children and one aging dachshund who spends most of his time sleeping. We've recently finished building our new minimalist house located on the same city lot as the cabin, which we lived in during construction. We had a very cozy couple years and enjoyed the simplicity of the small space and hope you do as well.
