This is a completely equipped one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and in suite laundry. Everything you could need for a weekend or long term stay is available. The building is in the centre of Edmonton's business and entertainment community with many great restaurants in walking distance. Only five blocks from Rogers Place. This is the only residence in downtown Edmonton with LRT access and pedway access from the lower lobby. Minutes by LRT to the U of Alberta campus & hospital.

The space

This is a fully furnished one-bedroom 452 sq ft apartment suite in a newly renovated retro high-rise on Jasper Avenue. You can't be in a more central downtown location surrounded by culture.

The building staffs a doorman and has a convenience store and breakfast restaurant on-site. Many of Edmonton’s top restaurants are located within a five minute walk.
There are heated underground parkades with underground access to the Cambridge Building elevator with daily, weekly and monthly rates, along with numerous other outdoor parking facilities within a few blocks.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, plates, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, French Press, burr coffee grinder and coffee drip machine.
A SMART Internet connected flatscreen TV along with wireless/wired internet and cable TV is also provided.
A washer and dryer is conveniently located in suite.

Cambridge Lofts is the only residential building in all of Edmonton to offer direct pedway and Light Rail Transit access from its elevators, which connect to the north for events at Rexall Place, Commonwealth Stadium, and Northlands Park; and south to the University of Alberta, the trendy Whyte Avenue/Old Strathcona district and Southgate Mall. Bus stops are conveniently close by which can take you anywhere the LRT can't, including the Valley Zoo, West Edmonton Mall, the Royal Alberta Museum, and the Telus Space and Science Centre. The Shaw Conference Centre, the Winspear Centre, Art Gallery of Alberta, Winston Churchill Square, City Hall and more are all within easy walking distance.

The building is safe and secure with a doorman, and a convenience store on-site. Excellent restaurants are in abundance close by.

For transportation to and from the airport there is the City of Edmonton transit shuttle to the LRT line which stops below the building, or the Skyshuttle bus service with pickup and dropoff locations within a block of Cambridge Lofts.

This comfortable and convenient condo/apartment has a great walk score of 100 providing all amenities within walking distance.

Guest access

We use a remote entry system. Guests are buzzed into the building using the intercom at the front door.You will have entry to the suite via a keypad lock that has the code changed for each reservation for your enhanced security. The suite door locks within 10 seconds for your enhanced security. Inside the suite, you will find the key fobs that open the front and back doors, and the basement door from the pedway system. You also need the key fob to access the garbage disposal room at the back of the main floor.

Interaction with guests

You can check yourself out by leaving the security fob on the island counter in the suite. We are available by phone during your stay. Please contact us if there are any problems at all during your stay. You can also contact the doorman on duty at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Our suite is considered acceptable use by the condominium management, so do not hesitate to speak to the doorman about any issues.

Other things to note

There is a great breakfast restaurant, De Dutch Pancake House, in the building (enter outside, just west of the apartment building door). There is a Saturday outdoor Farmer's Market (May to October.) west 4 blocks on 104 st.

For your security the door locks automatically in about 7 seconds after it's opened. If you hold it open too long (while you're moving your luggage in or out) it can lock and not actually close because the bolt holds it open. Just turn the lock open again, and let it close and then it will lock again.

Leave the suite in the same condition as when it was first rented. We wash all the linen between guests so it is not necessary for you to wash sheets or towels. do run the dishwasher if there are dishes in it.

Kathy's place is a very lovely place in the middle of downtown. You are surrounded by city Center, Westin, and the all the CBD buildings. It's a lovely loft that has everything you need. Kathy is very patient and energetic, even our check in time pushed back for four hours, she's still guide me with patience. Definitely will recommend this to everyone
