Studio located in Alonaki Preveza area, 2km from the center of th city of Preveza.The area of the accommodation combines the green of the garden,the blue of the sea and the colours of the sunset.Comfortable,clean and ideal for carefree vacation.

The accommodation sits on a courtyard adjoining the beach with panoramic views from all parts of the deep blue of the Ionian Sea with backdrop of Lefkada, which is only 10 nautical miles or 17km by road .The courtyard includes a cluster of pine trees with benches, tables and hammock .Also there is a large barbecue fully equipped (table, chairs, cupboards, fridge).Furthermore are included private ladder to the beach and a shower in the courtyard.

The accommodation is located in a peaceful neighborhood in where has never created any problem. The area is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the city of Preveza. Nearby the accommodation there are rathskellers with delicious food. At a distance of 300meters there are sports facilities as well as a new port boat.
