A very very tidy and cleaned, gorgeous 180 sqm apartment in Shmeisani, sunny with a nice view, close to Amman downtown, fully furnished with high-end furniture, 3 wood floored bedrooms (1 master room and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each), spacious guest room with dinette and balcony, living family room with TV, a big and fully equipped kitchen, underground car parking with concierge.
Prime location in desirable Shmeisani district, 5 min walk to gardens street, where you find Amman best cuisines, sweets, entertainment and restaurants, close proximity to Amman down town, close to schools, shoppings, restaurants, embassies, easy access to Al Madinah St. Gardens St. and Mecca St. , grocery and beauty saloon in a short walking distance,
Bus station is within 5 min. walking distance, taxis within 5 min. walking distance.
This flat is at the 4th and last level, in a residential building which includes one underground car parking, fully secured building with guard, beautiful quiet and cultured neighborhood. Internet is functioning perfectly.
Actually I live in Florence (Italy), but my sister who is living 5 minutes from the flat, will assist you fully and promptly. If you get difficulties using the map which describes in details the apartment’s location (reported on my Airbnb website page, you can find the map in the last photo too), when you arrive to Amman, you just keep in touch with me and my sister through (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or calling me directly through IMO, or call my sist(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). if you don’t have internet (we do not text or make international calls), usually we fix with our guests in front of Sheraton Hotel main entrance, located in Jabal Amman-5th Circle, it’s just 5 minutes car drive from there to my house), and my sister will accompany you.

We use to close windows and blinds when go outside the apartment, in this way we keep the apartment clean from outside dust and sand, you are kindly requested to do so, thank you!

We are committed to make your stay very pleasant and to let you feel at home. We will be happy if you feel comfort to fully observe the following rules before confirming your reservation:
- Pls keep in touch with me through Airbnb messaging and you will have a prompt answer and solutions for any issue during the whole period of your stay.
- Pls don't disturb my neighbors, this is a very very important issue for me !!!
- Please indicate your check-in and check-out times (flight arrival) in your reservation inquiry, otherwise I couldn't accept the booking without this information
- A picture made by mobile phone of valid document for each guest is absolutely required for security reasons at check-in.
- For check-in between 11:00pm and 07:00 am, guests will be charged 20$ through Airbnb at check-out.
- You will be charged 10$/night for each guest over 4 people as described on the website. So please be accurate when you book, put the total number of the guests who are going to stay in the flat.
- At the end of your stay, you will be charged through Airbnb 0,3$ for each Kw electricity consumption during your stay in the apartment, regardless of how many days you are going to stay. Pls verify the electricity meter at check-in (we charge you this because we have 5 air conditions, if you keep them turned on 24h during summer, we will not be able to host you at this price, so in this way you will take your responsibility and manage as if it is your home, using it with wisdom, and only when it is really needed).
- At check-in, you will have a perfect, very clean and fresh flat, pls try to keep it as you found it.
- Pls don't smoke inside the house, you have a balcony with ashtray.
- We use to close windows and shutters to keep the apartment clean from outside dust and sand when we go outside the house, you are kindly requested to do so.
