The space

Every corner of this residence reflects thoughtful design, with hardwood floors throughout that infuse the interiors with a sense of warmth and timeless charm. This villa boasts five spacious bedrooms, each designed with comfort and style in mind, along with five and a half bathrooms that offer both luxury and convenience.

Mediterranean-style design with white stucco walls, terracotta roof tiles, and large, black-framed windows that add a contemporary touch. The living spaces are bathed in natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.

The interior seamlessly extends into the outdoor space, thanks to the large, open sliding doors that create a perfect indoor-outdoor flow. Comfortable lounge chairs and outdoor seating areas invite relaxation, while the well-lit interior spaces suggest a warm and welcoming ambiance.

Outside, you'll find a serene yard that offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spacious outdoor area includes a beautifully designed pool with an integrated fire pit lounge, surrounded by manicured green lawn and paved walkways.

Situated in one of LA's most vibrant communities, this home offers easy access to top-rated schools, trendy shops, gourmet restaurants, and cultural attractions. With its prime location, spacious layout, and enduring charm, this home is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination in itself.


INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME

All of our luxury vacation rentals at The Maimon Group are fully hotel ready furnished with smart TV’s and high-speed WiFi. Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans) or Nespresso and toaster.
Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crock pot or Keurig coffee maker.

Kitchen:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home:

Full dining sets, cooking and serving essentials (including plates, bowls, silverware,) pots, pans, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper.
In some homes we offer cooking essentials or supplies such as: oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.)

House Supplies:
Your home will come equipped with a starter pack containing essential items such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

Other Items:
The property comes furnished with enough bedding, bath, face, hand, and pool towels to comfortably accommodate the maximum home occupancy. Additionally, the bathrooms are supplied with bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body/hand wash for your convenience. Furthermore, fully equipped laundry rooms are available, including washing machines, dryers, ironing boards, and irons.

Guest access
Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect.

Upon arrival you will be greeted personally by an TMG property manager who will show you around the property, show you how to operate things in the home and answer any questions you might have. At this time, you will be given codes, keys and or remote.

CHECK IN:
Check-in time is at 4PM, however, if you would like early check-in we have an early check-in fee given there is NOT a same-day check-out.
We are also able to accommodate earlier luggage drop off if you are needed, but you must not return to the property before 4PM.

CHECK OUT:
Check out is 10:00am.
Please let us know if you need an 11 AM check out, it’s free with a 12-hour notice, given there is not a same-day check-in.

Any time after 11AM to 1PM will be a $300 late checkout fee.
Any time between 1PM to 3PM you will be charged for 50% of the daily rate.
Any time after 3PM you will be charged for a full day.
If you plan on extending, payment must be made in full before your 10AM checkout.

Please leave any keys or remotes on the table by the front door or the kitchen counter when you depart. The owner is strict with this policy due to cleaning schedules and last-minute bookings.

Early check-in requests and late check-out requests are NOT guaranteed.
Approval is based on availability.

Other things to note
Security Cameras:
The house is equipped with external civilian security cameras. These are in place for security reasons and covering them is not permitted. Any party found covering the security cameras will be immediately evicted.

Filming and Events:
If you are considering filming, production activities or hosting an event such as a small wedding, birthday party and any other gathering, please reach out to us for approval prior to booking. Please note that approval for filming and events is subject to review and cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees associated with such activities will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
