The listing price $200 is for 1 room, 2 guests. The entire house is available for the 2 guests to use. If you have others in your party the extra cost is $150 per night per room. No one lives in the house. We don't allow sharing with strangers. Once booked, 1 room or four its all yours to use, just like your own home.
We have just added another room with a Queen bed now 5 rooms. Access is off the main bedroom separated by a large dressing room.

The space
A grand Manor home that is expansive, impressive, comfortable and welcoming. A gentleman's residence of yesteryear but with all the modern touches of 2024. . As you enter the welcoming entrance foyer you are transformed into an era not often encountered. You will enjoy the large drawing room, very well appointed family kitchen and a separate dining room for more formal dining. There is also a casual living area that opens up to the garden and pool area. The imposing staircase leads to 4 spacious bedrooms with ornate plaster ceilings and beautiful lead lights, and a family bathroom. After spending time staying in this gracious manor home you will it very difficult to leave.

Guest access
The entire house and pool is available to be used.
The odd time our grandchildren will be using the pool, only during the day.

Our neighbour on the North side is a Funeral Chapel. Seldom used, the main operation is in Palmerston North
