Simona's appartement in Rome is fantastic, very central, confortable and well appointed. I was travelling w my three young sons and we had a great time, visited beautiful sites and ate too much gelato! We will be back !

Absolutely wonderful. This was one of the best Airbnb apparments we have stayed in. I was surprised at how big it was considering we were staying in a big city in Europe. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Simona was lovely and helpful.

Simonas home was wonderful. The apartment was spacious for a one bedroom and appears exactly as pictured. Location is terrific and Simona and her son were very helpful!

This was my first AirBNB experience and it could not have been better! Simona's place was fantastic, as was Simona herself. Spent 3 nights here with my mom and my toddler. All our needs were well met. Simona was lovely and helpful. She arranged a car to the airport for us after our stay was over. That driver was professional (in a suit), prompt (5 minutes early) and had a large mercedes station wagon that fit all our stuff. The drive was excellent. Apartment: Exactly as described. Well appointed. Photos don't do it justice! The place was decorated in a light and airy manner, and newly remodelled. The bathroom was nicely tiled and immaculately clean. The shower was a bit small, but that is par for the course in Europe. Great kitchen with new appliances. A mid-size fridge and mid-size freezer with ice cube trays (which was a pleasant surprise). The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows were provided. There was a pack 'n play for my toddler which was also nicely made up (and a high chair was provided). The dining room had chairs for 4 and the table was large. There were 2 flat panel TVs (bedroom and living room) and lots of available english channels. The wifi was also a nice perk. The apartment had electric shutters on the windows which we never used (however, they would have blocked out street noises, had we been bothered by them, which we weren't). The air conditioner functioned well and we were nicely cooled in the hot July heat. There was a washing machine which we used with soap Simona provided. Cycles took a long time, but we weren't in a rush. There was no clothes dryer, but a drying rack was provided. Dishes/cutlery were perfect. There were lots of pots, pans and serving pieces. The stove was 4-burner gas and had a oven. A microwave was also provided and useful. The apartment had an elevator (classically small per European standards) and a marble staircase when luggage free. What a joy! Location: The location was wonderful, just outside the Piazza de Papalis and about a 10 minute walk among shops along the Via del Corso to the Spanish Steps. The neighbourhood felt very safe and relatively clean. There are buildings under renovation nearby and it is a neighbourhood under improvement. There was a mini grocery around the corner, 2 delis, a bar, pharmacy and fruit vendor all in the same block. The apartment is upstairs from one restaurant that serves breakfast/lunch/dinner and across the street from another restaurant. The view from the window (of this 2nd floor apartment) was of a restaurant where a station is set up in the doorway and a lady kneads dough and makes pasta all day long. Needless to say we had to partake in the pasta we watched her make day after day - and it was melt in your mouth delicious. What could be more italian than this view?! We hope to...

What a fantastic little apartment, we had a great stay. We walked the whole city from our apartment no problems, great location. The bed is super comfy, shower is great, and the place is really clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Simona place again. The apartment is bright airy and cool in the heat of the summer. One word of advice - really avoid the touristy areas for dinner - terrible food and service. Instead head over to Trastevere or the Jewish Ghetto for cheaper prices and much better food. Thank you Simona for a fabulous stay - from a very fussy airbnb-er :-)

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Simona was very quick in her communications, and provided great accommodations especially with the lovely crib, sheets, and high chair for our toddler. The location was a central spot (near Piazza Popolo) to walk or Uber to all the top attractions. To note, the home was professionally cleaned and managed as well. This is my 2nd time in Rome, and chose Airbnb over a hotel--I highly recommend Simona's place and would stay there next time.

The apartment was lovely and tastefully decorated. My only complaint (and it's minor) is that there isn't much room in the kitchen cupboards to store our groceries. The location is great - only a few steps away from Piazza del Popolo, close to the metro/bus/tram station. There are several good restaurants close by, including a great gelateria (Gelateria dei Gracchi). Simona was accommodating and provided us with a crib and high chair for our toddler.
