This is a delightful place to stay in the Medina less than 5 minutes walk from the Mellah and only 10 minutes walk from the main place Jemaa El fna . Abdessadek was welcoming , friendly and very hospitable and offers lots of information and any guidance needed . We were offered mint tea on arrival The riad is attractive and unspoilt with traditional Moroccan decoration and the room is charming , quiet , clean and looks over the inner leafy courtyard . There is a lovely roof terrace with shaded sitting area .

We had a wonderful time in the vibrant and bustling city of Marrakesh. Abdessadek's riad, beautifully decorated with Moroccan antiques, provided the perfect spot to sip rose tea under enchanting orange trees after a busy day or laze on cushions and carpets on the roof terrace. Step through heavy carved wooden doors and into the colour themed bedrooms, decorated with swathes of traditional fabrics or through to the clay and tiled shower rooms, replete with spices, musk and argan oil to freshen up with. Abdessadek's hospitality and generosity makes you feel part of life in the city, from the traditional Moroccan breakfast to his tour of the souks and demonstration of Moroccan spices. Nothing is too much trouble. We really could not recommend Abdessadek as a host, nor the riad highly enough as a central vantage point to see Marrakesh and are already making plans to go back. Thank you very much for a wonderful few days!
