Prime location and space. Please: No-smoking, Noise down, respect environment, no more than two adults and 1 child. Keep the windows close when raining to avoid damage to the base board. If use the parking place, stay around until door is close for protection of the other. Same for the entrance door. Thank you Hope you'll enjoy my place.

This loft is like a stunning modern Hotel. Clean, cool. excellent location for Festivals or Old montreal. It would cost $1000 per night at the W. Jean-Pierre is great and accommodating. I will never stay in a Montreal hotel again!
