Welcome to our architect-designed guest facility in the heart of the Aboriginal community of Beswick/Wugularr. A stylish and simple elevated pavilion room adjacent to the Ghunmarn Culture Centre, only 100kms from Katherine via a sealed road.
This stylish air conditioned room is well appointed with a queen bed, two small fridges, microwave, linen, crockery, cutlery and tea/coffee. This room also has a TV and work station. One or two additional single beds can be added to accommodate up to four people. Guests have access to our new camp kitchen which includes a full size fridge/freezer, an electric stove/oven and a sink. Pots, pans and general cooking utensils are provided. There is also a gas bbq for outdoor cooking.
Cultural Experience tours on country can be custom made to suit the interests of individuals, families and groups. Create a fibre artwork with the Beswick weavers, cut and learn to play a didjeridu, collect native honey and other bush foods or go swimming and fishing in a secluded waterhole - all fully guided by local Beswick artists. Please enquire about prices when booking.
One bathroom is shared between two rooms. Breezy verandahs are the perfect place to enjoy the surrounding views. Barista coffee is available from 9am weekdays at the adjacent Ghunmarn Culture Centre.
Interaction with guests
Djilpin Arts staff are available to assist you during regular working hours, and after hours by request.

When you stay with us you are guaranteed that your room rate is going straight back into a local Indigenous enterprise that supports remote art, culture, training and employment.
Guests will need to bring all food provisions or visit the local Beswick store.
