This house is in a very quiet neighborhood. House was so clean and the hosts provided everything you would need when you're on vacations. Also provided us with lots of goodies that helped a lot since we had a hectic schedule. I would definitely use this house again.

We rented the house for my parents and in-laws during their visit. Really nice house and very sweet hosts. Katherine prepared some snacks and treats when they arrived and it made them feel welcomed. The tricky part is the location. Since San Diego is quite hilly and the house is sitting on a hill, this house may look very close to you on the map but the driving distance would be more than what you expect. However, sitting on the hill in a good neighborhood gives you safety and privacy. I highly recommend this quite and cozy place for lodging. If you are looking for activities, get a hotel room in downtown.

Response from Katherine:
Mort, Our home is located off of Soledad Mountain Road in a quiet and cozy culdesac. Our location offers easy access within a 10-20 minute drive to most of San Diego's major attractions and all of La Jolla and Pacific. We are glad to hear your parents and in-laws enjoyed their stay.

Stayed here with some friends for a wedding we had in town so it was perfect on location and for what we needed. They stocked the fridge with breakfast which was super helpful and were great with communication.

Our second stay at this lovely home. Beautiful home and wonderful hosts. Very communicative, accommodating and generous. Highly recommend this property

Katherine house was simply amazing! I can't imagine a place cleaner than this! it feels very cozy. I was very concerned when I noticed that there was no AC but after leaving the doors open (as Katherine suggested) the house cool it self in less than 30 minutes. Katherine couldn't have been more attentive and kind. She left food for breakfast which makes our lives way more easy in the mornings (two families with 4 kids) Katherine, just words of gratitude... Many thanks... we had a blast!
