The space

The house is set up ready to live in with almost everything you need. We do not furnish bath towels, toiletries, or food however. We do have all the pots, pans, small appliances, kitchen tools, bowls you can ask for. We even have spices you can use. If something is missing or you forgot to bring it, the market is only a few blocks away. Also there is a hardware store, boat repair, gas station next to market. Market even sells t shirts, hats, glasses, bathing suits, sandals,sunscreen etc.
We do not have TV reception, but we have 100's of movies. CD player. Ipod dock indoor and outdoor sound. You can get WiFi at clubhouse next door to us.
There is patio table and chairs and Bar b Que. We ask you replace the way you found it as wind and donkeys can move it around. YES WE GET DONKEYS sometimes.
There is an old Ghost Mining town about an hour or so away where donkeys walk the streets. It is a nice day trip to old west town with shoot out, stores and restaurants.

There is a place called Pirates Cove with white sandy beaches and Good Food and Store that can be accessed by boat off river part of lake or by car. Another trip worth taking. And of course Laughlin is about an hour away. (URL HIDDEN)

You have access to everything except Garage and locked cabinets and closets where we store our personal belonging.

Other things to note

We require a signed short term lease. We have a check in and out procedure form and a registration form required by management before we can give you house or gate code. When lease is signed and payment in full is paid, you will be given codes. All common sense stuff.

Must fill out and submit registration form for HOA... 5 days in advance of reservation to allow for office to do paperwork.
Leasee must be 30 yrs or older. (valid drivers license for person responsible for lease)
We also have a short term rental agreement you will need to sign and a registration form for property management. When these are returned and payment is paid in full, you will receive gate and house entry codes.
Follow check in and departure procedures. (sent with contract)
Treat our home with respect and love.
Follow Vista Del Lago rules and regulations.
We do not allow parties or events never over 6 people per HOA, NO
smoking, or NO pets.
We do take children, but the house is not safety proofed for children, so bring them at your own risk.
Keep the door closed when air conditioning or heat is on.
No children in pool unless attended by adult over 21.
No glass at pool.
Must follow all posted rules for pool and clubhouse.
No loud noises. Respect your neighbors.
No parties or people who are not registered guest on property of Vista Del Lago or our house.
Do not give out house code, or gate code to anyone outside your rental party.
You are not covered for loss of private property and we suggest you keep things locked as you are responsible for loss or damage to our property as well as yours. You might want to take out renters insurance if you are worried.
Please report any damage or repairs upon arrival. Others will be billed to you.
I know this sounds daunting, but we want to continue to share our home with others. Your cooperation will make that possible.
Rule breakers spoil it for everyone! These rules are to insure everyone's pleasure. HOA will enforce all policies.
