With modern, quirky decor, and upside-down layout gives this flat a unique feel. Upstairs is great for socialising as the kitchen is in the heart of the house while downstairs provides that solitude to get away from it all.

Your room is a small double with an en-suite shower room in an extension at the rear of the house, in the garden. It has a cosy feeling to it and is very quiet at night.
Great neighbours, restaurants, cafe, deli, farmshop, yoga studio, pharmacy, pubs, bakery and convenience store make the street a little micro climate, it’s a lovely area to live in. At night the street can be a little action-filled but it all adds to the atmosphere and if you want to get away from it all then downstairs it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a garden and BBQ area at the rear which catches the afternoon sun.
There are plenty of buses within two minutes from the front door and cycle access to the centre is fast and easy, taking only five minutes to Cabot Circus.
You will have your own house key.
On occasion I won't be there to let you in and will give you instructions how to get in via text.
Interaction with guests
Kirsty will be in and out of the house. When she's in she'd be more than happy to advise on things to do in Bristol.
Other things to note
Breakfast is not included.
The stairs have been a problem once for the less sure footed. I am in the process of putting a hand rail in.
Car parking is tricky. The area is half metres and half residence parking as it's very central and a busy location. You can find spaces but the property is best suited to non-car drivers.
No smoking in the house but in the garden and on the front step is fine. Please return at 11pm.
