Prestigiosa e panoramicissima casa con giardino in Costiera Sorrentina , stupenda vista mare,a due passi dal centro di Vico Equense, da cui è semplicissimo, anche con i mezzi pubblici, raggiungere il centro di Sorrento,oltre che
Pompei,Napoli,Positano, Amalfi ,Ercolano ,Capri, Ischia e i principali centri turistici della Campania.
Ideale per escursioni e trekking sui più suggestivi itinerari come il Monte Faito, il Sentiero degli Dei,la valle delle Ferriere ecc.
Dall'ampio giardino, si accede al
primo livello composto da:
-ampio ingresso
-salone con 2 divani , angolo pranzo, grande cucina a vista completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici lavastoviglie compresa .
-zona lavanderia con lavatrice
- bagno con doccia .
Dall'ingresso si accede al
secondo livello composto da:
-studio-letto singolo con terrazzo
-due camere da letto matrimoniali
- due bagni di cui uno con doccia e l'altro con Jacuzzi.
Posto auto in giardino.
La biancheria è inclusa nel prezzo.
La casa è vicinissima a negozi e ai numerosi ristoranti e pizzerie ,tutti raggiungibili a piedi.
A 5 min a piedi dalla Stazione Ferroviaria e Bus Station.
A breve distanza dalla Terme Solfuree della SPA Scrajo e dalle numerose e suggestive spiagge attrezzate e/o libere.
In autobus o in Funivia si può raggiungere il Monte Faito a 1200 m. slm , una terrazza sospesa tra cielo e mare per godere del fresco ,oltre che di un panorama mozzafiato su Sorrento ,Capri, Ischia ,Procida , Vesuvio, Positano e Napoli.
Inoltre è a pochi passi dalla Piazza detta " della Fontana" da cui si può raggiungere il Centro Storico per una visita alla Cattedrale gotica, al Museo Mineralogico, all'Antiquarium Equano, al Castello Giusso e ai numerosi scorci panoramici della Zona Vescovado.
Visitando i borghi rurali dei dintorni ,si possono visitare i numerosi caseifici dove si produce il rinomato "provolone del monaco"il ,fior di latte, trecce di fior di latte e caratteristici "riavulilli".(cacetti piccanti ripieni)
Alla fine della giornata non resta che sedersi davanti ad un metro di pizza in una delle tante rinomate pizzerie e...buon appetito!

In treno: da Napoli Stazione Centrale prendere il treno della linea Circumvesuviana per Sorrento e scendere alla fermata Vico Equense (consultare gli orari sul sito (URL HIDDEN)
In auto:Prendere l' Autostrada Napoli-Salerno uscita Castellammare di Stabia e proseguire verso Sorrento uscita Vico Equense.
In aliscafo: dal Porto di Napoli al porto di Vico Equense ( Seiano) dal 1 giugno al 13 settembre. (consultare gli orari sul sito (URL HIDDEN) )

Prestigious and panoramic house with garden in Sorrento Coast, stunning sea views, a short walk from the center of Vico Equense, which is very easy, even with public transport to go to the center of Sorrento,
Pompeii, Naples, Positano, Amalfi, Herculaneum, Capri, Ischia and the main tourist centers of Campania.
Ideal for trekking on the most scenic routes such as Mount Faito, the Path of the Gods, the Ferriere valley etc..
  The large garden, you enter the
first level comprising:
  -wide income
-living room with 2 sofas, dining area, large open kitchen complete with all appliances including dishwasher.
  -laundry area with washing machine
- Bathroom with shower.
The entrance leads to
  second level comprising:
  -studio with single bed and terrace
two-bedrooms
- Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with Jacuzzi.
Parking in the garden.
Bed linens and towels are provided in the house.
Very close to shopping and many restaurants and pizzerias, all within walking distance.
  At 5 min walk from the Railway Station and Bus Station.
At short distance from Thermal Sulphourus SPA Scrajo and from the many equipped beaches .
By bus or cable car you can reach the Monte Faito to 1200 m. above sea level, a beautiful balcony suspended between sky and sea. to enjoy the fresh air, as well as a stunning view of Sorrento, Capri, Ischia, Vesuvius, Positano and Naples.
At few steps from Piazza called "Fountain" from which you can reach the historical center to visit the Gothic cathedral, the Mineralogical Museum, the Antiquarium Aequano, the Giusso Castel and numerous panoramic views of the area Bishopric.
Visiting the many townships in the surrounding area, you can visit the numerous dairies which produce the famous "Provolone del Monaco", mozzarella, "riavulilli." (filled with spicy little cheese).
At the end of the day you just have to sit in front of a meter of pizza in one of the many renowned pizzerias and ....enjoy your meal!

By plane: From Naples Capodichino airport take the Curreri Viaggi bus (see timetable on website (URL HIDDEN)
By train: from Naples Central Station, take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento and get off at Vico Equense (see timetable on website (URL HIDDEN)
By car: Take the 'Autostrada Napoli-Salerno, exit Castellammare di Stabia exit and head towards Sorrento Vico Equense.
By boat: from the Port of Naples to the port of Vico Equense (Seiano) from 1 June to 13 September. (see timetable on website (URL HIDDEN)
