Enjoy seeing Amsterdam from the a less "touristy" perspective. Our home is nestled in the beautiful Rivierenbuurt. You’ll love our home because it's very spacious, family friendly and our neighborhood is quiet but still centrally located. Two major tram stops are within a 2 minute walk, as well as the Maasstraat; a lively street with eateries, cafe's, bakeries and shopping! Museumplein, Rembrantplein, Albert Cuyp Market & Dam Square are all accessible from the nearby trams 4 & 12. Welcome!
Enjoy a private entrance and large open living space. Let this be your home away from home where you and your family can unwind after a day of touring. Grab some tapas and a bottle of Rosé from the grocer and picnic in the Anne Frank park behind our apartment. A nice way to enjoy the extended daylight of summer. The city center is only 8 minutes away by either tram 4 or 12, both located close to home. Bike rental is also possible on the lovely Maasstraat (only a 5 minute walk!)
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and are welcome to use the Wifi & Netflix. We are happy to provide coffee, tea and some basics like butter, jam and spices. If you are staying longer term, there are clear instructions on how to use the washer/dryer for laundering your clothes. There is a hair dryer on each floor.

Well, you're looking to rent our family home so I'll tell you about us as a family. I am an American from New Hampshire and my husband is from P.E.I in Canada. We met here 12 years ago and have two super fun kids ages 7 & 5. My daughter loves the idea of someone coming to stay in our home for their holiday in Amsterdam. She in particular is very expressive of her love for living here and how much there is to do. (I think she got that from her Momma.) We love the idea giving someone a warm homey experience as they explore this beautiful city and the surrounding areas.
