This apartment is ideally located for Southbourne beach (out of the apartment and across the road) which is a quieter beach to Boscombe or Bournemouth and very family friendly.. The apartment itself is lovely and very well presented, plenty of room for a family of 4 with the added bonus of two bathrooms (one ensuite). There is a Coop just around the corner which we found very useful and we had a very nice Breakfast at The Bistro on The Beach.. we also took a lovely boat ride from Tuckton tea gardens (just down the road) via Christchurch Quay to Mudeford Beach and had a delicious lunch at the Beach House Cafe would highly recommend this restaurant and the Tuckton tea gardens where they sell yummy ice cream and there is crazy golf for the children. Overall we had a fantastic stay, Matt was a very communicative host, happy to answer quickly any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

It was lovely staying at Matt's place , we didn't meet him however communication prior to th trip was very good. The morning we were due to get there the management company called and gave me details on how to get into the flat which was great. The flat is really modern and clean. HD Tv, washing machine and dishwasher are all in the apartment. It is literately across the road from the beach and two mins away from a co-op. There is also a Tesco express 5 mins drive down the road . I came with two young children and my husband and it was perfect. The flat is in southbourne which is a 10 to 15 drive from the main part of Bournemouth , it is therefore a lot quieter which is what we liked . All in all a lovely stay.

A lovely spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment right by a fantastic beach. Easy parking and loads to do in the area. Supermarket and take away food shops just round the corner. Would suit anyone looking for a seaside holiday in a relaxing peaceful location away from the crowds but close to everything you need.

Well positioned modern flat, near to beach and with local shops nearby. Second double bedroom quite small but main bedroom comfortable with en-suite. Parking right next to flat also an advantage.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. Spacious living area and main bedroom. Second bedroom is smaller but was fine for a single person. Spotlessly clean kitchen and Bathrooms. Everything you could need for a stay away from home. Would definately stay here again.
