Once again apologize for some of the short comings.... There was no mis-selling happened. There was some communication gap from the guests side & they never spoke to me over the phone before arrival & all communication was through chat on AIRBNB. Tried speaking to the guest but, Mr. Gurudev preferred to communicate only through the AIRBNB site. As informed earlier, couldn't be there in the property when they arrived due to some emergencies.
I do not agree they saying toilet were not clean. Yes! I agree that couple of toothbrushes & some used soaps were there. It's our house & we also keep visiting once in a while. We cannot clear everything from the bathroom cum toilet. I do agree that there was an issue with the food. Due to some unavoidable curcumstances the regular cook couldn't make it & I had to arrange an alternative. However, to compensate we provided them with 3-4 plates of salads, variety of Bajji's, one non veg dry though in the listing it's mentioned only 1 snack will be provided.
In nutshell I conclude mentioning I'm open for feedback & would ensure to take it in a constructive manner & rectify all things mentioned. Maybe, there expectation is of any 5 Star property where a room costs nothing less than 10K.
