Very lovely decorated apartment. We enjoyed out stay, although we only stayed for two nights/three days. Ha is very friendly and helpful. He wanted to stay goodbye before we left but we were rushing to leave together with two kids. nice and quiet location. Apartment was lovely, we and the kids had fun. Roads are narrow in this residential neighbourhood, we were driving a 9 seaters, was a bit of an adventure driving through the small alleys, haha. Overall it's a good place to stay and good, helpful, friendly host : ) Thanks Ha!

After the hustle and bustle (and generic hotel living) of Haeundae, this place was a quiet and peaceful oasis for our family of three. We enjoyed the art and lovely design of the apartment, and appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen in which to prepare meals and snacks and to generally hang out. Because it was so hot during our late-July stay (and also somewhat mosquito-y outside) we did not spend much time in the garden or on the rooftop, although both were nice and it was fun to explore both. We really liked the location, but I think it's best suited for people who don't mind walking uphill (it's tucked away in a hilly residential neighborhood), and who like local restaurants rather than places more oriented to foreigners, and who are comfortable taking the bus to get around. For us, all of those things added to the adventure but I think it's important to keep all of the above in mind if you're considering a stay here. Last but absolutely not least: Mr. Ha was a wonderful host, and very warm and welcoming. He gave us a very helpful walking tour of the neighborhood and made some good restaurant recommendations, and he also helped us celebrate our son's 1st birthday while we were staying in the apartment.

I stayed at Dal with a friend for two days and we loved it (especially the common area). The guesthouse itself was a bit difficult to find, but the kind host made up for it! Ha went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He picked us up from the bus station when we got lost and he also made lots of suggestions of places we could go to. If I were to come back to Busan again, I will definitely stay at Ha's again.

I feel comfortable in Mr Ha place. The decoration is awesome! His place feels like a home to us. The best things when morning time we had breakfast. The home-made bread is on our table! :) If you like a place where you may get a deep sleep once you are home. Then, choose this place! We will definitely coming to this place again since we dont have much time to discover Busan.

There are 5 of us staying in Dal during our visit to Busan, and we enjoyed our stay very very much! Mr Ha is very friendly & helpful for everything! Mr Ha baked bread for breakfast everyday, and it is very yummy! Dal is located at a residential area in yeong-do, it is really peaceful neighbourhood and very good for relaxation. But no worries for transportation, very convenient to get public transport with just few mins of walk. Definitely will stay here again if i am visiting Busan in the future!
