This extra large condo (1067) square feet) is one of just a few in Maui Kamaole complex that are ground level one bedroom/ 2 baths properties. It has a more open feeling because it is a wider unit with bigger rooms and bigger lanai and court yard. The courtyard is tiled in, cutting down on the dirt. There is a valve with hose for rinsing off beach gear providing a private outdoor drying space.This is an end unit, the lanai wall is sloping giving a wider view of the garden. The living room faces the ocean so the breeze flow right in, keeping it cooler, in the afternoons. At night the winds reverse so the breeze comes from the mountains behind the courtyard. Being in the front lower part of the complex is convenient for walking to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The main lower swimming pool is just across the parking lot from our condo.
The comfortable furnishings are perfect for relaxing. The new bedroom set is dark wood with a very comfortable mattress. Interaction with guests
We have an "On-Island: agent and a maintenance man to take care of any issues with our condo. Plus you can contact us 24 hours per day for any major emergency

The State of Hawaii has a transient accommodations tax of 13.42% which will be added to the nightly room rate.
