A large storage locker is available for bikes, skis and snowboards under front entrance deck.
Summer Guests will enjoy free access to a variety of Les Manoirs amenities, including a heated, three-tier outdoor swimming pool, 12-person Jacuzzi, children's tree house etc.
There are bike paths, pedestrian walkways and hiking trails throughout the area.
Guests will have full access within the property except for 2 owner storage spaces (1 storage room in entry way and 1 closet in master bedroom)
Interaction with guests
Guests will have access to local property manager (French and English) for emergency immediate questions/assistance. They can also contact me anytime directly in English/Russian via phone, text, or email.
Other things to note
Sleeps 8 people comfortably. I am very strict about number of guests on my property, so please contact owner if you need to add additional guests.

No Phone in a property, so please use your cell.
The house is on a hill, so to access it there is a lot of stone steps. Please consider this as it may be not suitable for elderly, very small children or people with limited mobility.
This is not your typical vacation rental. I am asking that my guests treat my home as if it were their own.

Absolutely NO additional guests, parties or large gatherings are permitted without prior consent. Doing so will result in forfeiting of your deposit.
I had wonderful and exciting experience in a past hosting people from different cultures, and learn that the same things can be interpreted and handled differently, so I want to make sure it is clear what is expected.
1-You must be 25 or older to book this property
2-Leave outer shoes in entry foyer before entering living space.
3-No Skis/Snow boards, bikes etc inside the condo! Use locked outdoor storage room for skis, snowboards, bikes, baby strollers etc.
4-Use only DuraFlame (or alike) logs for fireplace. Complementary logs provided, additional logs can be purchased in local stores.
1 – Please leave the property in a broom clean condition.
2 - Make sure ALL windows are closed!
3 – Do not take bed linen off the beds.
4 – Put all bathroom towels in the bathrooms: do not leave them around the house.
5 – Do not leave any leftover Perishable food you brought in! It includes any open boxes with cereal, dairy, or anything that will attract insects etc. Take it with you or dispose it.
6 – Dispose ALL trash.
7 – Turn off the lights.
8 - Leave ski locker key on the entryway's key holder
9 - Leave parking passes inside the property where you found them when
Penalty charges will be for:
-missing parking passes
-food/trash left in the property
I am an avid skier and love the outdoors. I started my career as an architect, but have been a software engineer for the last 30 years. I purchased this beautiful property as a get away for my family. But since we can not be there all the time, I wanted to stare it with others.
I personally remodeled and decorated this house as I would my own. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I am new to Airbnb, but will do my best to answer any question about my home and all that Mont Tremblant has to offer. Since I am not living locally, you will have 24/7 support from the local management company for any needs/ questions you may have while vacationing in my property.
