There is a shared back yard which can be reserved for private time or events up to 20 people. No dogs because there are already 3 dogs in the downstairs apartments.
An ideal Portland style neighborhood (near 28th and Belmont) with 8 fabulous restaurants within 3 blocks. Laurelhurst park and Lonefir cemetery/arboretum in walking distance. 2 miles from river and downtown. Zupans grocery and Whole Foods close by. Cute SE neighborhood with Portlandia flair, close to shopping areas of 33rd and Belmont, 28th and Burnside, music venue on Stark St, Laurelhurst discount movie theater, etc. If you are here for 2 weeks or more, Vicki and Woody will take you on a drive to the Gorge.
1 block to bus that goes every 15 minutes. Easy parking and flexcars nearby.
The view from every window is trees. Separate dining room next to kitchen. Smoking on the balcony outside only.
