This place is soo good! You can't get a better location. While simple, it wasn't basic at all, lovely bathroom and a comfy bed, just what you need after the hike! Linda is super lovely. 100% recommend.

We really like the place. We were the only guests, so the place was super calm and it has perfect location for Trolltunga hike. There was simple, but useful equipment and everything was extremly clean. I really appreciate very good temperature inside and the possibility to make tea/coffee. I would recommend this place to everyone who is going to Trolltunga hike.

Linda was wonderful! Very clean space, super convenient location for the Trolltunga hike. Linda also had great advice for other things to do in the area. Thanks Linda!

Staying at Linda's house before hiking Trolltunga made the experience 100 times better. Not only was the house perfectly located right at the base of the trail, but Linda had great advice for us about where to start. As a result, we were able to hike the first 3 kilometers without a crowd. She clearly is used to hosting hikers/campers, and provided us with snacks, maps, and morning coffee to prepare us for our trip. Lastly, we ended up arriving earlier than we said we would, and I didn't have cell service to inform her. I was worried when we arrived, but she welcomed us graciously and immediately showed us to our perfectly made room. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to hike at Trolltunga or see the nearby area.

Linda's place was quiet, comfortable, and the bathroom with heated floor was very welcome after the Trolltunga hike. The Trolltunga shop next door has snacks, souvenirs, lots of hiking gear and (extremely expensive) beer and is open 8-12 and 4-8. It's an easy drive into Odda for anything else. Would definitely stay again someday!

Outstanding place to stay if you're visiting Trolltunga. 30 seconds from trail start and brilliant place to be right before a big hike. My tip for Trolltunga is come prepared and leave 2 hours earlier than you want too. Grab a head torch and get up there before the crowds arrive. Enjoy!

Perfect spot to base yourself for the Trolltunga hike! The entrance to the hike is within metres of the accommodation so you can start before all the shuttle buses arrive with the crowds of people and you can shower and rest straight after the long hike, which you'll definitely be thankful for. Linda has a little red shop outside that sells waffles and hotdogs, we were meant to stop by there after we had finished the hike but got back a little later than we thought we would and it was closed by the time we got back, but Linda checked in on us and kindly offered to make us some waffles (the Norwegian way!). She also offered to give us a lift into Odda the next day as she was heading there anyway, that was a massive help to us! Thank you Linda!
