Interaction with guests

Interaction with Guests mostly through email, SMS and sometimes upon check-in and check-out or some occasions i invite my guest for coffee or try local delicacies in the area. When i'm not available any of my Assistants will be there to turnover the apartment or assist you for any concerns.

Other things to note

• the RATES EXCLUSIVE of Electricity and Water charges, this will be computed by bldg admin based on your actual usage and prevailing city rates. Budget around 500php to 800 Pesos per day, some are even Less, it will really depend on your usage.
• A meter reading will be conducted by the Building admin upon check-in/check-out and will be computed based on actual City prevailing rates.
• To pass on the savings to our guest. We kept this Exclusive since it’s hard to factor in the usage and we don’t want to put the maximum buffer to keep it reasonably priced and have our guest control over their usage. Note some similar 2 Bedrooms in the area with similar accommodations charge higher.
• Utilities can be paid in cash upon check out or we can request
payment through Airbnb which will be charged to your credit

The place is clean and nice. It is near shops in the area and given BGC area is walkable, the place is central. ( near restaurants and bars). Richard is very accommodating and Janeth his assistant is friendly. Highly recommended

Richard and his staff were excellent. The condo was as described and is in a great location if you are going to St. Luke's. I would recommended and be happy to rebook for my next trip.

Richard is by far the best BNB host I've encountered thus far. He always replied quickly when I needed something. He was so quick to send over someone to check on stuff that needed to be done. He always checked on us and sent his assistants to help us move to his smaller place when my family went back home and we had to stay for medical at St Lukes Global City. The place is super clean with all the things you would need on your stay. It is so convenient because there is a circle K store right outside the door of the bldg and a money changer down the street with all the restaurants and banks within walking distance. If you are looking for a place for you or your family to stay while you are being seen at St Lukes this place is it. You could walk there however if you are traveling with a newborn like me it is so so easy to get an Uber. Richard goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. Trust me u will not regret it. Just book it already...

Good location off the main high street, quieter. Convenient with small shops just downstairs and across the road. Pool not available as under major renovation - retiling apparently. Slightly older appliances - air-conditioner is old and a bit noisy, so were the fans provided. Our utilities bill came to about 550pesos for 3nights and 4days. We only used air conditioning at night or part of the night, didn't watch TV. A couple of the tiles in the living room also popped up from floor - not dangerous or inconvenient , just looks old. But Richard has good service recovery - he came the very next day when we ran out of toilet paper.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Richard's apartment in BGC, Taguig. It is close to Burgos Circle which we were able to enjoy the different tastes from numerous restaurants within the area. During our free time, we enjoyed walking and were able to wear our running gears. The building premises is tightly secured and convenient stores are everywhere and open 24/7. The unit is well-maintained and cleaned by his Staff, however, you will notice the mirror closet in one of the rooms which is broken. I believe Richard is aware of it and already reported for replacement. As a host, Richard is easy to communicate with, and he even sent us an e-mail with all his superb suggestions on what and where to go. Once again, thanks for accommodating us.
