If you decide to come to my house, there is a 94 sqm apartment in a building of 4 floors 4 floors each, with lift. We have 3 large bedrooms: one with a bed of 1.50 m and a bathroom; the other two are twin rooms. All rooms are exterior and have wardrobes with drawers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. We also have small appliances such as microwave, coffee maker and juicer, of which you can make fully use. You can also find washing and drying.
In the living room there are 2 sofas, dining table, TV and air conditioning. This room gives access to a large balcony facing the street, which gives plenty of light throughout the day. However, we think that there are many plans and proposals to live and experience the town and its surroundings.
A contract will be formalized at the time of delivery of the keys, which expires at the end of the period of residence agreed.
The building has an internal access with a common courtyard with pots. The game is not allowed, but a hall.
