Located by Boulevard du Roi René, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the train station and the city centre, and 100m from the castle. My apartment is very bright, spacious and quiet. By request, I will serve you an organic breakfast, to your taste

The space

My apartment is spacious, bright and very comfortable.

Guest access

The living room will be available for you to relax. I am very quiet! You can also have access to the office/library and its many books.

Interaction with guests

I can recommend restaurants, bars and provide brochures for all kinds of activities available in the region. The tourism office is 50m from the apartment. A bike rental shop (electric or not) is 200m away, if you’re interested. All transportation is also really close (buses and tram).

Fantastic! Elizabeth’s place is in a great location, centrally located but still quiet. She’s a great host and gave me excellent recommendations for food and wine. Loved staying here!

The stay with Elisabeth was wonderful. Great location close to the Castle. Elisabeth was very helpful with toys and support. And the cat was adorable. A definitive recommendation for a stay in Angers

Elisabeth has a beautiful apartment with a wonderful coffee machine. :) The accommodations are perfect. The room is nice and cool and has a big window so it gets a breeze at night. The bed is very comfortable. The space is exactly what it looks like in the photos. It's a nice spot to relax. Elisabeth is a warm and friendly host. She was around when needed her and very conscientious about us using the space independently. The apartment is very close to the train and bus station and we had no problem finding it on the main street it's on. It is right beside the castle and close to the downtown core. The street is quiet, but close to two main streets so that everything is a short walk away - though, everything is a short walk away in Angers. The city is quiet and lovely. They have a center with a community garden and lots of space to sit and have ice cream. There is lots of bright art around the city, and good deals on shopping. The shops highlight artisan creations whether it be ice cream, food, or hand made jewelry or clothes. We ate at Chez Paul, a restaurant close by. They had a really nice bottle of Anjou called Domaine Dhomme' Les Perrays Anjou (2016). We tried to find this bottle everywhere and were going to walk back to the restaurant to buy it again, but we ran out of time. I very much recommend both the wine and the restaurant. The best creme brule' we had was at Le Martin's, a little brasserie on the corner of Rue de Mail. In fact, this was a happening spot with lunch specials with coffee and dessert under E10. I would recommend buying some very good ice cream and walking down to Jardin des Plants to watch some swans and ducks and baby goats. Magical place!
