This is a 2-storey house, and we -a family of 4- live upstairs.
The unit is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. It is an upscale part of Vancouver and crime rate is extremely low. House is located next to city green space and we receive lots of sunshine on both floors.
The rooms get lots of sunshine, and they are arguably one notch larger than the usual/regular bedrooms. The unit is in good, clean state, and all the machines (dishwasher, washer, dryer have been installed in the last year or so, including the vanity in the washroom, which gives the house a warm and modern feeling).
In summer it does not get extremely hot, which should be a good plus, as well.

We are renting the 1st floor, which is a garden=level, 3-br independent unit.
Interaction with guests
I will be available 24 hours to help with any issues
There will be 3 other individuals whose contact details (phone and email address) will be provided for any issues that may arise.
We allow a maximum of 3 tenants. Unfortunately we would not be able to accommodate more than 3 tenants. There is a single bed in each room, and the insurance company places a limit as to how many people can live in our rental unit.
No smoking inside the unit or at the patio.
No partying or loud music after 10 pm please, to be respectful to our quite and peaceful neighborhood.
No overnight stays for any other people not listed in the rental contract.
