This is a very spacious one bedroom apartment with it's own private entrance, located in the heart of Downtown Squamish within walking distance to shops & restaurants and easy access to hiking, skiing, climbing and biking activities.

This is a newly updated suite located within the owners private home.

The accommodation comprises:

- Own private entrance with keyless entry (late check in or early check out no problem !)
- Spacious Living Room with new 55" smart TV, cable and wifi internet.
- Dining table and chairs
- New kitchen with house stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the utensils, pots and pans you'll need for your stay.
- Bedroom with queen size bed (linens included)
- New bathroom with walk-in shower. Towels included.
- Washer and dryer in small laundry shared with adjacent unit.
- Gravel should parking in front of the house.

STRICTLY NO PETS OR SMOKING PLEASE.

Guest access

Guests have full and exclusive access to this one bedroom unit. Only the laundry room is shared and accessed by walking out and around the side of the building

Interaction with guests

Guests have exclusive enjoyment of the suite and will be given the peace and privacy desired when on vacation. However the owner upstairs in the house and I am available by phone 7 days a week should guests require any assistance.

Sorav’s place was exactly as advertised, it’s spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bedroom is right next to the garage so we could hear the door open and close in the morning but other than that we really enjoyed the place. The table was already set for two people, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. Thanks again for a lovely weekend.

We loved the place. It was very big, clean and comfortable stay. Good location and good value. There was a lot of noise from other tenants which wasn't the greatest and we were given incorrect address and walked into the wrong house haha. We were however, directed to proper place. Overall, we had a nice stay! (:

Sorav's place is fantastic! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Perfect location in central squamish next to restaurants (Joe's pesto is a favourite! ) and supermarkets. It also is 2 minutes to The Chief for spectacular climbing and hiking.
