Beautiful home, well furnished with a great kitchen. Very quiet and cosy, but some guests don't follow the noise rules, which can suck because the walls are especially thin (as detailed in the description of the house). Otherwise it was beautiful and the location was great; quiet but a quick bus ride to West End.

Very interesting place to stay where you have more chances meeting different people. The house is old but kept pretty clean and organized, which is comfortable and with a reasonable prize. The staff are friendly and Clarry is always helpful and kind. :-)

We enjoyed our stay at Minto very much. The house was amazing: beautiful veranda to have breakfast with view over the city. Spacious and lovely arranged common rooms. Clean bathrooms with big shower. Perfect location to explore Brisbane on foot. Easy check in and check out. Overall definitely highly recommended and would love to stay at Clarry's place again.

Minto Guest House its a nice heritage house very easy to reach both walking or with public transports. Extremely quiet and clean, the rooms are spacious and looks freshly renovated. Polished floors and a shaded terrace are just few of the features of Minto. We definitely loved it and we will strongly suggest it to anyone coming to Brisbane.

We stayed a bit more than one week at the share house and we definitely enjoyed it. It's convenient, very clean and well located. Clarry is a nice host, however his employees aren't welcoming and didn't make us feel comfortable.

I am an ex-teacher and theatre producer who has been running hostel accommodation in Brisbane for many years. Like most people who stay with me, I too have traveled extensively, and so have a fair idea what our guests will expect. My number one belief is that if you put young (and not so young) people from many countries and walks of life under one roof, only good things will follow.
